When Y again explained to him that we thought the request <br /> was inappropriate if not unethical on behalf of a prosecutorial agency,we again explained that <br /> the statute allows us to bring;our grievances before this Board and that we intended to do so and <br /> whateverthis Board's decision we would comply with that. If the Board decides not to close this <br /> site we will attempt to work with San Joaquin County to get the site closed. Within hall'an hour <br /> after 1 explained to Mr. Irey that we thougbt this was the appropriate course of action,I received <br /> by fax this complaint alleging violations at this site_ So we.again urge the Board to adopt the <br /> proposed order and as 1 mentioned here with me is Dr. Cullen who will answer any gpestions you <br /> may have any technical questions about conditions at the site and believe we want to oomment <br /> on some of the comments rade this morning by San Joaquin County and unless there are any <br /> questions of me, I will ask Dr. Cullen. <br /> BOARD, Morning lir.
