On record now for <br /> this site is the UPRR out of Roseville. If it was to remain this way, no 3-hour <br /> prepayment/fee ($345) was/is required. <br /> But if, as I advised the person I spoke with, Arcadis was to be the NEW billing party, <br /> then YES, the $345 AND a Master File Record form (MFR) was required. <br /> got the fee but no MFR...you want me to credit the UPRR with 3 hours billing? <br /> if not, WHO is to be the billing party for this site to receive EHD bills for my work? <br /> If it's to be Aracadis, then fill out the attached MFR and have the person responsible <br /> sign it at the bottom and ok to PDF it back to me.
