signing for Arcadis is acceptable.
What the EHD does not want is to send a bill out to the entity on the MFR only to
have them call us later and say, "she's not authorized to sign for us" and we're not
paying....so if you're the responsible one for ARcadis, then you can sign. if not,
then go up the chain of command please.
typically, if consultants take on the 'billing party' status, then the consultant PM for
the site should sign and advise his accounts payable people it's ok to pay the EHD
bills as they come in. I just had an unpleasant phone call with some one in Arcadis
accounting for a CHevron site Arcadis was doing tell me "MR. xxxxx was not
authorized to sign" our MFR....I'd rather not have to have this conversation with her
again over THIS site...
once this is cleared up, I can process your applications and meet your Aug 31 first
drill date.
btw, more confusion. The Gregg permit application, for 24 +2 borings and 5 wells,
referrs to Fig 4 of wp ....I found fig 4 ("proposed Hydropunch locations", but I can't
find the location of the 5 wells. are they "temporary well' (A zone)? or
"Piezometer" (A zone)? or "Groundwater Monitoring Well" (A zone) ? listed in the
legend?
I'll need the specs for the monitoring wells too.
Michael J.
