1 <br /> ARCO #6020 Manteca <br /> Tank Entry <br /> Containment Solutions will inspect the tank and report their findings to the local <br /> agencies upon exit of the tank. A formal report will be submitted at a later date. <br /> Scott Co. will provide a third party engineer to enter the tank once Containment <br /> Solutions completes their entry. This engineer will also provide any additional <br /> status report on the structural integrity and conditions of the Single Wall <br /> Fiberglass Underground Storage Tanks. <br /> We have attached a resume for Keri M. Howell, P.E. who we will be using for <br /> third party engineering services. <br /> Containment Solutions will install striker plates under all tank openings once the <br /> inspection work is complete. A manway will be installed at tank top were the <br /> entry holes were cut for any future access. Containment Solution will perform a <br /> nitrogen test on each system prior to the introduction of any product. <br /> At the completion of the project, a precision tank and line test will be performed <br /> on the tanks.
