Fence line post spacing shall be 10 foot maximum with concrete footings minimum of 12 <br /> 28 inch diameter and three feet deep. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 B. All posts shall be set in concrete footings and crowned at the top to shed water. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 3.04 TENSION WIRE AND FABRIC TIES <br /> 33 <br /> 34 A. The fabric shall be stretched and securely fastened to the posts, and between posts the <br /> 35 top and bottom edges of the fabric shall be fastened to the tension wires. Tension wires <br /> 36 shall be stretched tight. The bottom tension wire shall be installed on straight grade <br /> 37 between posts by excavating the high points of ground and in no case will filling of <br /> 38 depressions be permitted. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 B. The fabric shall be fastened to end, latch, corner, and gate posts with stretcher bars and <br /> 41 stretcher bar bands spaced at one foot intervals. The fabric shall be fastened to line posts <br /> 42 with tie wires or post clips and to tension wires with tie wires or hog rings. The fasteners <br /> 43 shall be spaced at approximately 14 inches on lineosts and at approximately pproximately 18 inches <br /> 44 on tension wires. Wire ties shall be given at least one complete turn. Hog rings shall be <br /> 45 closed with ends overlapping. The tension wires shall be wrapped around terminal posts. <br /> 46 The distance from the top of the fabric to the top tension wire shall be 2 inches maximum. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 C. In lieu of using stretcher bars and bar bands, the fabric may be fastened to the end and <br /> 49 corner posts by threading through loops formed on the posts. <br /> 50 <br /> 51 D.
