Use adequate numbers of skilled workmen who are thoroughly trained and experienced in <br /> 22 the necessary crafts and who are completely familiar with the specified requirements and <br /> 1 23 the methods needed for proper performance of the work of this Section. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 B. Codes and Regulations: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 1. In addition to complying with the specified requirements, comply with pertinent <br /> 28 regulations of governmental agencies having jurisdiction. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2. In the event of conflict between or among specified requirements and pertinent <br /> 31 regulations, the more stringent requirement will govern when so directed by the <br /> 32 Engineer. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 3. UL and NEMA Compliance: Electric motors and electrical components shall be listed <br /> 35 and labeled by Underwriters Laboratories and comply with NEMA standards. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4. NEC Compliance: Comply with the National Electrical Code (ANSI/NFPA 70) as <br /> 38 applicable to installation and electrical connections of ancillary components of <br /> 39 plumbing equipment. <br /> 40 <br /> at 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Comply with pertinent provisions of Section 01300.
