Use skilled workmen who are thoroughly trained and experienced in the necessary crafts <br /> 1 20 and who are completely familiar with the specified requirements and the methods needed <br /> 21 for proper performance of the work of this Section. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 B. Codes and Regulations: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 1. In addition to complying with the specified requirements, comply with pertinent <br /> 26 regulations of governmental agencies having jurisdiction, including the American <br /> 27 National Standards Institute (ANSI) including 2358.1, the Occupational Safety and <br /> 28 Health Administration (OSHA) and the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2. In the event of conflict between or among specified requirements and pertinent <br /> 31 regulations, the more stringent requirement will govern when so directed by the <br /> 32 Engineer. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> 35 <br /> 36 A. Comply with pertinent provisions of Section 01300. <br /> 37 <br /> 3e B. Product data to be submitted: <br /> 39 <br /> 40 1. Materials list of items proposed to be provided under this Section. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 2. Manufacturer's specifications, catalog cuts, and other data needed to prove compliance <br /> 43 with the specified requirements. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 3.
