Contractor. <br /> The Contractor shall not be assessed liquidated damages for <br /> delaying completion of the project, when such delay was caused <br /> by the failure of the Agency or of the owner of a utility to <br /> provide for removal or relocation of such utility facilities <br /> when required. <br /> G6.14 Cooperation with Others. Should construction be under way by <br /> other forces or by other contractors within or adjacent to the <br /> limits of the work or in the vicinity of the work to be done <br /> under this contract, the Contractor shall so conduct his <br /> Operations as to interfere to the least possible extent with <br /> the work of such other forces or contractors. <br /> Any difference or conflicts which may arise between the <br /> Contractor and such other forces or contractors, or between the <br /> Contractor and any subcontractor under him because of delays or <br /> hindrance to each other , shall be adjusted and determined by <br /> the Engineer. <br /> If the work of the Contractor is delayed because of any acts r <br /> or omissions of any other contractor , the Contractor shall on <br /> that account have no claim against the Agency other than for an <br /> extension of time. <br /> 7. PROSECUTION OF THE WORK <br /> G7 . 01 Notice to Proceed. Within ten days after the execution of <br /> the contract by the Agency, written Notice to Proceed will be <br /> given by the Agency to the Contractor . Notwithstanding any <br /> other provision of the contract, the Agency shall not be <br /> obligated to accept or to pay for any work furnished by the <br /> Contractor prior to delivery of Notice to Proceed whether or <br /> not the Agency has knowledge of the furnishing of such work . <br /> The Contractor shall not be allowed on the site of the work <br /> until his contract bonds and evidences of insurance comply with ' <br /> all contract requirements. <br /> G7 . 02 Beginning of Work. The Contractor shall give the Engineer at <br /> least 5 days notice of his intention to start work , specifying <br /> the time, date, and location at which he intends to begin. <br /> The counting of days shall begin with the date of receipt of ' <br /> the Notice to Proceed. <br /> G7 . 03_ProaE21s Schedule . Before commencement of work , the , <br /> Contractor shall furnish to the Engineer a practicable schedule <br /> showing the estimated dates on which he will start each part or <br /> class of the work and the contemplated dates for completing <br /> such parts or classes, or the approximate percentage of work <br /> G_32 <br />
