i <br /> 1 3.02 CONTRACTOR'S UTILITIES <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A. Power: The Contractor shall provide and make arrangements for electric service for all <br /> 4 purposes of power and lighting as required for the construction work of the contract, and <br /> 5 shall maintain such service until the completion of the contract. Electric power for testing <br /> 6 installed equipment will be paid for by the Owner. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 B. Water: Water will be available at no charge at the existing well for purposes of this ' <br /> 9 contract. Contractor shall be responsible for conveying water to point of use. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 C. Telephone: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing for and in behalf of his work <br /> 12 under the contract telephone services at or near the site of the work. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 D. Sanitary Facilities: The Contractor shall make arrangements for adequate toilet facilities at <br /> 15 or near the site of work at such points as shall be approved by the Engineer for use of the <br /> 18 workmen on the project and shall be maintained by the Contractor. <br /> 17 <br /> is E. Miscellaneous Utilities: The Contractor shall furnish a separate supply of compressed air , <br /> 19 for air-driven tools. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 F. Temporary Heating: The Contractor shall provide temporary heating, covering and , <br /> 22 enclosures as necessary to protect all work and material against damage by dampness and <br /> 23 cold and to facilitate completion of the work. The Contractor shall supply all the fuel, <br /> 24 equipment and materials required for temporary heating. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 3.03 LANDS PROVIDED BY OWNER <br /> 27 <br /> 28 The Owner will provide all lands required for the work under the contract, together with the <br /> 29 right of access to such lands, as indicated. The Contractor shall not unreasonably <br /> 30 encumber the premises with his plant or materials. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 3.04 LANDS PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR i <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Contractor shall provide with no liability to the Owner any additional land and access <br /> 35 thereto not shown or described that may be required for temporary construction facilities , <br /> 38 or storage of materials. He shall construct all access roads, detour roads or other <br /> 37 temporary works as required by his operations. The Contractor shall confine his equipment, <br /> 38 storage of materials and operation of his workmen to those areas shown and described and <br /> 39 such additional areas as he may provide. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 3.05 PRECONSTRUCTION PHOTOS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Contractor shall provide a total of 12 preconstruction color photos of the work, in <br /> 44 duplicate set of 5'x7' color prints. The photographs shall be taken by an acceptable <br /> 45 photographer and shall be 35mm film size. Each photo shall be marked to indicate the , <br /> 45 date, name of work, and the location where the photograph was taken. Before construction <br /> 47 may start, two sets of photos bound loose leaf binders shall be delivered to the Engineer. <br /> 48 The twelve preconstruction photographs shall be taken at locations to be designated by the <br /> 49 Engineer.
