i 1 3.02 CONTRACTOR'S UTILITIES 2 3 A. Power: The Contractor shall provide and make arrangements for electric service for all 4 purposes of power and lighting as required for the construction work of the contract, and 5 shall maintain such service until the completion of the contract. Electric power for testing 6 installed equipment will be paid for by the Owner. 7 8 B. Water: Water will be available at no charge at the existing well for purposes of this ' 9 contract. Contractor shall be responsible for conveying water to point of use. 10 11 C. Telephone: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing for and in behalf of his work 12 under the contract telephone services at or near the site of the work. 13 14 D. Sanitary Facilities: The Contractor shall make arrangements for adequate toilet facilities at 15 or near the site of work at such points as shall be approved by the Engineer for use of the 18 workmen on the project and shall be maintained by the Contractor. 17 is E. Miscellaneous Utilities: The Contractor shall furnish a separate supply of compressed air , 19 for air-driven tools. 20 21 F. Temporary Heating: The Contractor shall provide temporary heating, covering and , 22 enclosures as necessary to protect all work and material against damage by dampness and 23 cold and to facilitate completion of the work. The Contractor shall supply all the fuel, 24 equipment and materials required for temporary heating. 25 26 3.03 LANDS PROVIDED BY OWNER 27 28 The Owner will provide all lands required for the work under the contract, together with the 29 right of access to such lands, as indicated. The Contractor shall not unreasonably 30 encumber the premises with his plant or materials. 31 32 3.04 LANDS PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR i 33 34 The Contractor shall provide with no liability to the Owner any additional land and access 35 thereto not shown or described that may be required for temporary construction facilities , 38 or storage of materials. He shall construct all access roads, detour roads or other 37 temporary works as required by his operations. The Contractor shall confine his equipment, 38 storage of materials and operation of his workmen to those areas shown and described and 39 such additional areas as he may provide. 40 41 3.05 PRECONSTRUCTION PHOTOS 42 43 The Contractor shall provide a total of 12 preconstruction color photos of the work, in 44 duplicate set of 5'x7' color prints. The photographs shall be taken by an acceptable 45 photographer and shall be 35mm film size. Each photo shall be marked to indicate the , 45 date, name of work, and the location where the photograph was taken. Before construction 47 may start, two sets of photos bound loose leaf binders shall be delivered to the Engineer. 48 The twelve preconstruction photographs shall be taken at locations to be designated by the 49 Engineer.
