i <br /> 1 1.07 PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> 2 <br /> 3 As soon as possible after receiving Notice of Award and before any work is begun, submit <br /> 4 four copies of a Progress Schedule showing estimated starting and completion dates for <br /> 5 each part of the work. The schedule shall indicate the 'critical path' items of work. The first <br /> 6 progress payment will not be issued until the progress schedule is submitted. <br /> 7 <br /> g The progress schedule shall be updated and resubmitted (if changed) every week. The <br /> 9 schedule covering the entire project shall have a time scale which shows a week as <br /> 1p approximately 1/4 inch. In addition to the entire project schedule the Contractor shall <br /> 11 prepare and submit at the biweekly construction meetings (Sect 01010, Par. 3.12) a more <br /> 12 detailed schedule showing only work planned for the following three or four weeks. This <br /> 13 schedule shall depict a day as approximately 1/4 inch. <br /> ' 14 <br /> 15 1.08 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> 16 <br /> ' 17 A. Submit a schedule of dollar values for the various portions of the work. The schedule shall <br /> 18 be based on the Contract Bid Schedule or Bid Form and shall include all bid items. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 B. Each lump-sum bid item and each unit price bid item that involves a series of operations <br /> 21 shall be broken down into component parts for which progress payments are desired by <br /> 22 Contractor. The dollar value of each component part shall include a directly proportional <br /> 23 amount of overhead and profit. The total costs for the component parts shall equal the <br /> 24 amount bid by the Contractor for that item, and the total cost of all items shall equal the <br /> 25 contract sum. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 C. When requested, show dollar values with data to show their correctness. The Schedule of <br /> 28 Values will form the basis for progress payments as provided in Article G8.05 of the General <br /> 29 Conditions. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1.09 REVIEW OF SCHEDULES <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Submit Schedule of Values and Progress Schedule as a package.
