PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES : <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . The water well used for domestic purposes shall become a <br /> noncommunity public water well and will be subject to <br /> approval and permit requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. A septic system shall be required for sewage disposal . <br /> The septic system serving the entire development must be <br /> designed by a registered engineer . A permit from and <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> c . The applicant must apply to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board for a waste discharge permit . <br /> d. A waste management plan designed by a registered engineer <br /> must be submitted, and it must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division, the Department of Public <br /> Works, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board prior <br /> to any building permits being issued. <br /> e . Three sets of plans for the food facility must be sub- <br /> mitted to and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division for a food facility permit . <br /> f . The proposed milking barn shall require Environmental <br /> Health Division and State Department of Agriculture appro- <br /> val if milk is to be shipped for processing. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirement is applicable and shall be incor- <br /> porated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> ° Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A.
