A State Reclamation Board Permit shall be required for <br /> the drainage discharge into Bishop Cut and Telephone Cut <br /> prior to approval of the site improvement plan. <br /> i. A site improvement plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval. <br /> j . An encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. <br /> k. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to final approval of improvement plans which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. 6 <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required.
