(3) Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and Department of Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of improvement plans. <br /> C. If the soil suitability study is favorable, the following <br /> ordinance requirements must be met: <br /> (1) Submit plans for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division for a sewage treatment plant or a <br /> sewage disposal system for the entire development. <br /> The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> (2) Construct a water well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. A yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> (3) If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by <br /> a registered engineer. The applicant must file an <br /> application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Valley Region. The application forms <br /> can be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. If the above ground holding facility had <br /> to be emptied, you first would have to analyze the <br /> contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain <br /> specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> (4) Submit three sets of detailed public swimming pool <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to construction. <br /> (5) Submit three sets of food facility construction <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to construction. <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> a. Details of parking, surfacing, signage, lighting, <br /> landscaping, and fencing shall be shown on the site <br /> improvement plan and shall be subject to approval by the <br /> Planning Director. <br /> b. Approval of the final site plan shall expire on June 7, <br /> 1993 , unless the applicant has secured all permits <br /> necessary for site development. <br /> Site Plan Requirements - 3 - (ZR-89-17) <br />
