Schedule: <br /> - The implementation schedule will be designated in the revegetation plan. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> - The revegetation plan will designate the required level of success of the <br /> revegetation effort and provide criteria to measure the success. An annual status <br /> report of the implementation and success of the revegetation effort will be <br /> prepared by a qualified biologist and submitted to the County Planning <br /> Department by May 1 of each year. <br /> - Any deficiencies in the success of the revegetation effort will be corrected by the <br /> Applicant prior to the following annual status report. <br /> Mitigation 2. - To minimize erosion, maximum cut slopes for excavation, reclamation <br /> areas, and stockpiles shall be established by a soils engineer or certified engineering <br /> geologist. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant provides the services of a soils engineer or certified engineering geologist <br /> establishes maximum slopes based on subsurface conditions encountered during <br /> excavation. Maximum slopes shall be determined for each area excavated, <br /> including quarry and reclamation areas. - <br /> -The applicant submits a report to the County Building Department for all slope <br /> stability analyses conducted indicating the maximum recommended slope and the <br /> justification for these recommendations. <br /> -County approves the recommended maximum slopes or requires modifications. <br /> Schedule: <br /> F <br /> 116 <br />
