adverse impacts to local wells is identified, mitigation shall be provided such as <br /> deepening or replacement of affected wells. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant submits plan to the County Department of Public Works to evaluate the <br /> potential impact of groundwater extraction. The plan shall include a proposed <br /> mitigation in the event that impacts to nearby wells could occur. <br /> -County reviews plan in consultation with the Department of Water Resources and <br /> either approves plan or requires modifications. <br /> -Applicant conducts evaluation. <br /> Schedule: <br /> -The plan shall be submitted and approved by the County prior to initial project <br /> construction. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> -If mitigation is required County shall ensure that mitigation is implemented. <br /> Mitigation 11. - If the applicant determines that waterway markers (e.g. signs or bouys) <br /> are necessary to warn or advise boaters of hazards during bridge construction, the <br /> markers must be placed or installed in accordance with the requirements as specified in <br /> Title 14, Article 6, California Code of Regulations. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> 1 <br /> -Applicant installs waterway markers as necessary <br /> Schedule: <br /> -If necessary, markers shall be installed prior to bridge construction. <br /> F <br /> 127 <br />
