Monitoring: <br /> - None required. <br /> Mitigation 12. - Truck loads crossing the project bridge must be fully contained to <br /> prevent accidental spill or release of materials into the Mokelumne River. To minimize <br /> the potential impact from potential spills, an emergency spill containment and <br /> contingency plan shall be submitted to and approved by the County prior to project <br /> construction. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant submits spill containment and contingency plan to the County for review . <br /> -County reviews plan and either approves it or requires modifications. <br /> -Applicant makes approved plan available to project employees at all times. <br /> Schedule: <br /> -Plan shall be submitted to and approved by the County prior to initial development of <br /> .the project. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> -County shall periodically inspect site to ensure that a copy of the plan is available to <br /> project employees <br /> Mitigation 13. - The applicant shall notify the California Department of Fish and Game <br /> of any work, including bridge relocation, in the Mokelumne River related to this project <br /> as required under Section 1600 of the Fish and Game Code. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant notifies Department of Fish and Came (DFG) of any project related <br /> activity in the Mokelumne River <br /> F <br /> 128 <br />
