Replacement trees shall be one to five gallon trees with drip irrigation provided for a <br /> period of three years. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant submits grading plan to County Planning Department that identifies any <br /> trees that would be lost or drip line impacted by excavation. The applicant will <br /> provide the services of a qualified biologist or a certified arborist to conduct an <br /> inventory of the trees that would be impacted by the excavation.
