Schedule: <br /> -Tree survey and approval of mitigation plan shall be submitted prior to project <br /> construction. <br /> -Mitigation plan implementation shall begin upon initiation of project construction. <br /> Monitoring: <br /> -Applicant shall review the success of the mitigation plan on annual basis and submit a <br /> status report by May 1 of each year. <br /> -Any deficiencies in the success of the mitigation plan will be corrected by the <br /> Applicant prior to the following annual status report. <br /> t <br /> Mitigation 6. - Prior to construction of the access road and bridge, a survey shall be <br /> conducted by a qualified wildlife biologist to identify any raptor nests in the riparian <br /> corridor within 100 feet of the area to be disturbed. If raptor nests are identified in this <br /> area, no construction shall be conducted during the nesting season for these birds. <br /> Implementation Responsibilities: <br /> -Applicant provides the services of a qualified biologist to conduct a survey of raptor <br /> nests and provide a report to the County Planning Department. <br /> -County approves the report or requires modifications. <br /> -If raptor nests are identified in the approved report, County requires that <br /> construction be delayed until after the nesting season. <br /> Schedule: <br /> -The survey shall be conducted and the report approved by the County prior to initial <br /> construction. <br /> F <br /> 133 <br />
