Figure No. 1 for the Production Well has been modified with the following information: The gravel pack now extends continuously down from the sanitary seal to the bottom of the borehole instead of an alternating combination of gravel pack and impervious plugs. • One of the gravel fill pipes has beer' replaced with a sounding tube. • The sanitary seal now extends to 300 feet below grade instead of 100 - feet. i The borehole is now 27 inches in diameter instead of 24 inches. Figure No. 2 for the Monitoring Well has been modified with the following information: The well casings are now stainless steel with welded plates instead of PVC pipe. i • A 10 foot minimum length of blank casing is now required above each screened section and below each impervious bentonite plug. The total depth of the borehole is shown as 1,000 feet below grade. Please replace the original figures with the revised figures.
