Sound blankets (acoustical <br /> curtains)or equal, as'a minimum, shall be provided along the northerly and <br /> easterly side of the new Lewis Manor well drilling site to reduce the noise level to <br /> the City's standard requirements. Wall height, length and location shall be <br /> adequate to assure proper acoustical performance. if at any time prior to or' <br /> during the drilling operation the noise limits are exceeded, the Contractor shall. <br /> take immediate corrective action through drilling equipment modifications, <br /> addition of noise abatement equipment, or change in operating procedures.
