If a second 30-day period of data confirms the initial results: <br /> The requirements of Article 5, Title 23, CCR will be performed. <br /> 7. ANNUAL VARIATION STATEMENT <br /> The operator shall, on an annual basis, submit a statement to the local agency which states that all inventory <br /> reconciliation data are within allowable variations or which includes a list of the period of times and the <br /> corresponding variations which exceed the allowable variations. Said statement shall be executed under penalty <br /> of perjury. <br /> See Exhibit B for Annual Inventory Reconciliation Summary Report form. <br /> 8. RESPONSE PLAN -ELECTRONIC MONITORING <br /> OPERATOR RESPONSIBIT.ITEES <br /> A. LEAK RECORDING AND REPORTING PROCEDURE <br /> Whenever an alarm is activated, station personnel are to immediately: <br /> a. Contact ARCO Maintenance or its designated agent by using the telephone number previously <br /> provided. <br /> b. If any visible indications of petroleum products or vapors are noticed call 911. <br /> C. Make an entry in the Recordable Discharge Log (Form APPC-765-1: attached) indicating the <br /> action taken. <br /> d. Complete the Recordable Discharge Log when and as the source of the alarm is known. <br /> ARCO RESPONSIBiLnr ES <br /> B. METHOD OF REMOVING AN UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE FROM THE SECONDARY <br /> CONTAINMENT <br /> a. Any unauthorized release into the secondary containment system of a product tank will be <br /> removed by pumping. Uncontaminated product may be returned to the tank. Contaminated <br /> product may be returned to the refinery to be recycled or may be disposed of following <br /> procedures in accordance with California Health and Safety Code requirements. In the event <br /> of an emergency,a pumping contractor or truck will be available immediately. In all other <br /> cases, equipment availability will be within 12 hours. <br /> b. Any unauthorized release in the secondary containment system of a used oil tank will be <br /> pumped and disposed of following procedures in accordance with California Health and Safety <br /> Code requirements for used oil disposal. <br /> C. ARCO Maintenance will be will be responsible for authorizing and selecting contractors for <br /> the work to be performed. <br />
