5.1.2 Security: Licensee shall ensure the soil bins are locked when soil is <br /> not being placed inside and that they will be locked when left <br /> overnight. Licensee shall also inspect the bins at the end of each <br /> working day to ensure the bins are property secured and that good <br /> housekeeping practices are being maintained. Licensee shall ensure <br /> the area where the soil bins are being staged is fenced offto limit <br /> access by the general public when the soil bins are not being used, <br /> 5.1.3 Signage: The licensee shall utilize warning signs in the soil staging <br /> area to keep members of the general public away from this area. <br /> 5.1A Staging Area Usage: Licensee shall ensure that the soil staging <br /> area will only be used.for soil storage bins and not used for the <br /> storage of equipment,construction materials, debris, etc. <br /> 5.1.5 Soil Bin Usage: Licensee shall ensure that the soil bins in the <br /> staging area not used for the storage of any materials aside from <br /> that material that has been deemed the responsibility of Chevron <br /> by an SAIC field representative. <br /> 5.1.6 Site Restoration: Licensee shall ensure the soil staging area and <br /> fencing is returned to its original condition after project <br /> completion. <br /> 5.2. Licensee and the Licensed Group shall not unreasonably disrupt Licensor's <br /> business upon the Property, if any. <br /> 53. Licensee shall be solely responsible, at its sole cost Cand expense, for <br /> obtaining all,required permits and authorizations and complying with all requirements of <br /> governmental agencies applicable to the Activity. Licensee shall be responsible for any <br /> costs incurred in order to use the Premises for the Activity; if any such cost is incurred by <br /> Licensor, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for such cost irnmcdiately upon written <br /> request by Licensor. <br /> 5A Licensee shall obtain Licensor's prior written approval as to form and <br /> content before making any public statements or is'suing any press releases in connection <br /> with the Activity. <br /> 5.5. Licensee shall use the Premises only for the Activity and for no other <br /> PUTI)OSe without obtaining the prior written consent of Licensor, which consent may be <br /> given or withheld in licensor's,sole and absolute discretion. <br /> 5,6 The Activity shall be conducted so as not to interfere unreasonably with <br /> the use of or access to the Property by Licensor, Licensor's employees, vendors,or <br /> guests. Licensee shall provide or obtain, at its sole cost,all services and equipment <br /> necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Activity in a safe and orderly manner <br /> including,without limitation, traffic control,security(including, without limitation, <br /> application for and installation,maintenance, use, and removal of any temporary utility <br /> facilities),trash containment and removal, and dust abatement. Licensee specifically <br /> agrees, represents and warrants that, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, <br /> 2 <br />
