<br /> Semi-Annual events should be performed during the first and third quarters, annual
<br /> monitoring events should be performed during the third quarter. Semi-annual
<br /> groundwater monitoring reports are due each 1 May and 1 November. The Third
<br /> Quarter 2019 Semi-Annual Monitoring Report is due 1 November 2019.
<br /> 3. In the 1Q2019 Report, AGE recommended preparation of a low threat closure policy
<br /> evaluation report (Closure Request Report). Central Valley Water Board staff does not
<br /> agree with submission of a Closure Request Report at this time. Petroleum impacts to
<br /> groundwater are not defined to the north and northwest of well MW-2 in the B zone
<br /> (wells screened between 22 and 60 feet below ground surface (ft bgs). TPH-G and
<br /> benzene are detected in down-gradient well MW-2 at 8,500 ug/L and 2,360 ug/L
<br /> respectively. Since shutdown of the DPE system, TPH-G and benzene concentrations
<br /> have generally been increasing in well MW-2, indicating the groundwater plume is not
<br /> stable or decreasing. Central Valley Water Board staff request that you definethe extent
<br /> of the release. Please continue groundwater monitoring, as requested above.
<br /> 4. By 30 June 2019, please submit the contact information for the property owner of 1145
<br /> West Charter Way, Stockton. Central Valley Water Board staff will send a letter
<br /> requesting that they allow you access to install the previously approved groundwater
<br /> monitoring wells.
