1 this Order which is directly affected by a Stop Work Order <br /> 2 under this section shall be extended for the term of such Stop <br /> 3 Work Order. <br /> 4 6. 12 SITE ACCESS <br /> 5 The Department and/or its authorized representatives shall have <br /> 6 the authority to enter and move freely about all property at <br /> 7 the Site at all reasonable times upon giving reasonable notice, <br /> 8 for the purposes of, among other things: inspecting records, <br /> 9 operations logs, sampling and analytical data, and contracts <br /> 10 related to this Order; reviewing the progress of Respondents in <br /> 11 carrying out the terms of this order; conducting such tests as <br /> 12 the Department may deem necessary; and verifying the data <br /> 13 submitted to the Department by Respondents. Nothing in this <br /> 14 paragraph is intended or shall be construed to limit in any way <br /> 15 the right of entry or inspection that the Department or any <br /> 16 other agency may otherwise have under law. <br /> 17 6. 13 SAMPLING DATA AND DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY <br /> IS Respondents shall permit the Department and/or its authorized <br /> 19 representatives to inspect and copy all sampling, testing, <br /> 20 monitoring or other data generated by Respondents or on <br /> 21 Respondents' behalf in any way pertaining to work undertaken <br /> 22 pursuant to this Order.
