Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health <br /> p � Division for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal <br /> II�. ccTT�� system for the entire development . The plans must be <br /> w designed by a Registered Civil Engineer . <br /> * c . Submit three sets of detailed swimming pool and spa plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review and appro- <br /> val prior to the beginning of construction. <br /> d. Refuse , garbage , and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 877 <br /> and 1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code , and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 3 . Planning Division: <br /> a. A trash enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all <br /> trash receptacles and constructed with a solid masonry or <br /> brick wall on three sides and gated on the fourth side . <br /> b . Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards : <br /> ( 1 ) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area . Lamps <br /> shall be a sodium, vapor type . <br /> ( 2 ) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo sensor <br /> system. <br /> ( 3 ) Parking lot luminaries shall be high pressure sodium <br /> vapor with 90 degree cutoff and flat lenses . <br /> ( 4) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises , with no spillover beyond the pro- <br /> perty. <br /> * c . Unless specified otherwise below, all parking spaces shall <br /> meet the requirements of the Planning Title listed in <br /> Sections 9-3702 and 9-3704 . <br /> d. All parking spaces , driveways , and maneuvering areas must <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement . <br /> e. All parking stalls and directional arrows must be deli- <br /> neated with paint . <br /> f . Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan or a separate Landscape <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (UP-89-25 ) <br />
