CONDITIOCE OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-38 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Health District prior to occupancy. Should the number of <br /> nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required <br /> by the Health District. <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and <br /> #1481 and Title 2.3 and 7.8 California Government Code, <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> d. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> 2. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) <br /> shall be served by one or more floor drains which <br /> shall drain to an approved grease and oil <br /> separator. The separator shall have prior approval <br /> by the Local Health District before submission to <br /> this Division for parmit and meet all the criteria <br /> for hazardous waste generation. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material: <br />
