CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-38 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006(d) . <br /> 2. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3. Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements." <br /> 4. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports Truest be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title <br /> 24) . <br /> 2. Identification signs for the parking space(s) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> 3. The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> 4. MONTEZUMA FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. Provide water for fire protection as per N.F.P.A. 24. <br /> b. Fire apparatus access roads shall be designed and <br /> maintained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus <br /> and shall be provided with a surface so as to provide all <br /> weather driving capabilities and shall have an <br /> unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet. <br />
