Any roofing materials used shall be non-reflective to <br /> minimize glare to pilots using the runway. Galvanized <br /> roofing is not to be used, while painted metal is <br /> approved. <br /> b. The drainage pond shall be removed within a reasonable <br /> amount of time after the Reclamation Board issues its <br /> permit to allow drainage discharge into Duck Creek. <br /> 6. SHERIFF <br /> a. The following Crime Prevention concepts shall be <br /> incorporated into the project design: <br /> 1. Lighting for the entire perimeter to create an even <br /> band of .light 25' to 50' wide, (minimum maintained) ; <br /> 2. Lighting on the office complex should be above <br /> ground with the same level of visibility as started <br /> above; <br /> 3. Auxiliary lighting should be installed above each <br /> door of the office com?lex; and <br /> 4. If money or valuables are to be kept after hours in <br /> the office, a zoned electronic security system be <br /> installed. <br /> 7. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. All maneuvering, parking, and driving areas shall be- <br /> surfaced with a minirum 2 1/2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over six (6) inches of rock base. <br /> Parking and maneuvering areas shall be properly striped <br /> to effect orderly use and circulation and shown on the <br /> Inp rovement Plan. The storage yard may, at a minimum, be <br /> surfaced with four (4) inches of rock base. <br /> a b. A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accomodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br />
