COMMONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-38 <br /> PAGE FIVE <br /> C. Outdoor storage shall be permitted in the area designated <br /> on the Site Plan. The location shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan and enclosed by either a solid wall or a <br /> uniformly painted board fence eight (8) feet high. <br /> d. All parking and security shall be hooded and directed to <br /> prevent glare onto Loomis Avenue and adjacent <br /> properties. Lighting standards, if proposed, shall be <br /> limited to twenty (20) feet in height and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> e. One wall or monument sign shall be permitted. The size <br /> and location of the sign shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be in accordance with Section 9--3600 <br /> of the Planning Title. <br /> f. A minimum twenty (20) foot setback shall be observed on <br /> the east and south sides of the property as long as those <br /> adjacent parcels are either zoned residential, developed <br /> residential, or shown on the General Plan for residential <br /> development. <br /> g. The number of parking spaces shown on the Site Plan is <br /> adequate for the number of employees and amount of <br /> development proposed. Each narking space shall not be <br /> less than nine (9) feet in width and twenty (20) feet in <br /> length. Aisles shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) <br /> feet wide. Additional employees or development may <br /> require an increased number of parking spaces. Parking <br /> calculations and details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> h. The portion of the east property line which is adjacent <br /> to a residential use shall be screened by a solid fence <br /> (6) feet high. In addition, the parking lot on the east <br /> side of the property shall be screened by a minimum five <br /> (5) foot wide landscaped strip. Any gate on Loomis <br /> Avenue shall be recessed or set back a minimum of ten <br /> (10) feet from the property line, in accordance with <br /> Section 9-3233(g) of the Planning Title. All screening, <br /> fencing, and gating details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br />
