Per California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16, Section 2652(d) reports are to be submitted to the <br /> lead regulatory agency at a minimum every three months, and are required to contain <br /> conclusions and recommendations for additional work necessary to complete the site <br /> investigation, and a time schedule for implementing the proposed actions. <br /> Since reporting period Fourth Quarter 2005 at least three groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling events should have been conducted at your site and reports of the work <br /> submitted to SJC/EHD and/or Geotracker. Laboratory data (EDF) have been submitted <br /> to Geotracker; reports have not. Additionally, during this same time period, SJC/EHD <br /> has not received any status reports for the soil vapor extraction remediation system that <br /> was installed at the site in September 2005. <br /> Reports of site fieldwork should be submitted to SJC/EHD within 60 days from <br /> completion of the work. Please proceed with immediate submittal of all overdue reports. <br /> All Reports should be submitted to SJC/EHD no later than November 30, 2006.
