Revised Work Plan For Soil and Groundwater Assessment 12 <br /> Ranch Market,23569 South Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,California Aril 25,2000 <br /> Report Preparation <br /> A very brief letter report summarizing the results of the initial soil boring and groundwater <br /> investigation will be prepared and submitted to the RWQCB and the SJCEHD. The <br /> information will be used to adjust, if needed, the proposed well installation phase of work. <br /> After completion of the well installation and groundwater monitoring and sampling event, the <br /> full assessment results will compiled into a Preliminary Investigation Report (PIER) that will be <br /> submitted to the RWQCB and the SJCEHD. The PIER will be completed in accordance with <br /> the Tri-Regional Staff Recommendations, and include a work plan for additional Site <br /> characterizations or cleanup, as necessary. The PIER will also include two cross sections <br /> showing the lithology encountered, soil concentration data, and distribution of adsorbed <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons in the subsurface. All analytical and monitoring data will be compiled <br /> into the attached summary tables and included in the final report. The results of the sensitive <br /> receptor survey and well video logs will also be included in the report. <br /> Schedule of Events <br /> An estimated schedule to complete the proposed assessment is shown below: <br /> Work Plan Submitted to the RWQCB and SJCEHD Day 1 <br /> Work Plan Approval Day 10 <br /> With written approval by the RWQCB,budgets will be prepared for submission to the <br /> SWRCB-UST Fund for review and pre-approval. With written pre-approval from the SWRCB- <br /> UST Fund and award of the contract to a consulting firm,permitting can be starting and the <br /> drilling scheduled following the scheduled below. <br /> Visit Site and Determine Boring Locations Day 1 <br /> Submit access agreements from private property owners Day 7 <br /> Secure access agreements from private property owners Day 21 <br /> (Dependent on Third Parties) <br /> Fka GwP.o�wm.rw <br />
