Work Plan For Remedial Approach and Well Installation 4 <br /> Ranch Market Site 23569 South Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,Califomia May 2,2002 <br /> construction details (trench and piping details, wellhead details, instrumentation diagrams, etc.) <br /> are also provided in the design package. <br /> A construction bid package was provided to three qualified contractors and SECOR has <br /> selected and schedule a contractor to perform the system installation at the Site. <br /> Permitting <br /> All necessary permits for system construction and operation shall be obtained prior to system <br /> installation. Based on the selected remedial methods, the following construction and operating <br /> permits may be required for the proposed system: <br /> • San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) well installation <br /> permits; <br /> • Building and electrical permits from San Joaquin County and/or Riverbank City <br /> Building Departments; <br /> • Fire permit from the City or County Fire Department; <br /> • San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District permit for vapor abatement and/or <br /> discharge. <br /> Additional permits may be required to complete installation and start-up of the system. <br /> Pre-Construction Activities <br /> SECOR has secured a natural gas and electrical service contract with PG&E. PG&E indicated <br /> they would be able to schedule the connection of the natural gas and electrical service with a <br /> 30-day advance notice from SECOR. <br /> Process equipment will be procured prior to construction based on the specifications prepared <br /> during the design phase. A 500 scfm catalytic oxidzer will be rented on a monthly basis. Two <br /> KVA Ozone Panels and one 550-gallon water knock-out/water holding tank will also be <br /> purchased.
