3.3.8 Wastewater <br /> Only sanitary wastewater is currently generated at the subject property. Sanitation water is <br /> pumped directly into the onsite septic tank (Photo 9). According to Mr. Vanorder, there have <br /> been no releases or leaks from the septic tank, although the nature of historical discharges to the <br /> septic tank system is not documented. <br /> 3.3.9 Wells <br /> One water supply well was observed on the subject property. Water is pumped directly from the <br /> well into the four aboveground storage tanks and used for fire prevention purposes. Mr. <br /> Vanorder thought that the well also supplied potable water to the site. Mr. Vanorder did not <br /> have information regarding the well construction or water quality. <br /> 3.3.10 Pits, Ponds, and Lagoons <br /> No pits, ponds or lagoons were observed at the subject property. <br /> 3.3.11 Dry Cleaners <br /> No dry cleaning operations were historically or are currently on the subject property. <br /> 3.3.12 Emergency Generators <br /> There are no emergency generators at the subject property. <br /> 3.3.13 Ozone-Depleting Substances <br /> No ozone-depleting substances were observed at the subject property. <br /> 4.0 ASBESTOS-CONTAINING MATERIAL <br /> Based on the approximate date of construction of the facility improvements, 1987, it is unlikely <br /> that asbestos-containing building materials currently exist on site. <br /> go <br /> J:\05930191\ESA.doc 7 <br />
