The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Zacky Farms as of April 03, 2020. <br /> Open violations from September 25, 2019 inspection <br /> -One pallet held one blue 55 gallon drum labeled "Smoke, Liquid, Charsol", one blue 5 gallon bucket labeled <br /> "Roastin'2002", and two 5 gallon buckets labeled "2002." <br /> -Two pallets held over thirty 50 pound bags(each)labeled"Carfo-sel." <br /> -Piles of white powder were observed throughout the area. <br /> Freezer Room F1: <br /> -Piles of white power were observed on the floor throughout the area. <br /> Sanitation Office F1: <br /> -White crystal build up and heavy staining was observed on the floor in the first room. <br /> -Heavy red ink staining was observed on the floor in the adjacent room. According to Mr. Mancha, red ink was used <br /> to dye the food to indicate they were waste. <br /> Spice Room F1: <br /> -One open 5 gallon bucket contained a dark viscous liquid. The container was placed in front of a blue 55 gallon <br /> poly drum labeled "Charsol Supreme Hickory." According to Mr. Mancha,the liquid should not have been that <br /> viscous if it was"Charsol." <br /> QA Office F1: <br /> -Six one pint bottles(full)labeled"Peracetic Acid Test Reagent"were on a shelf. Near the bottles were 2 test kits <br /> that contained smaller bottles labeled"Peracetic Acid Test Reagent." <br /> Supply Closet F1: <br /> -Approximately 2-3 dozen small boxes of printer ink. <br /> Maintenance Shop F1: <br /> -A Safety-Kleen parts washer was not emptied when Zacy&Sons Poultry, LLC closed. The parts washer still <br /> contained solvent. Mr. Mancha said that Safety-Kleen would not take back the parts washer because the system <br /> was too outdated and the solvent in the machine was not used anymore. <br /> -A metal resurfacer contained a black powder at the bottom of the machine(near a disc structure). An oily residue <br /> was on the top part of the machine and was staining the parts below it. <br /> -Three one gallon plastic containers labeled "Gojo,""Orange Power,"and "Golden Tough"were in a sink. <br /> -In the staff office room,three''/2 pint sample bags contained a white crystal substance labeled "Bier Makers." <br /> Engine Room F1: <br /> -One 30 gallon open trash can (1/4 full)contained used absorbent. <br /> -One 1 gallon can was hanging under a pipe. The can held an oily sludge. <br /> -One'/2 pint can (full)labeled"X-Pando Pipe Joint Compound"was on a metal shelf. <br /> Battery Room F1: <br /> -White powder was observed on shelves and on the floor throughout the room. <br /> Ingredients Warehouse F1: <br /> -In the staff office room, one, 1 gallon container(full)labeled"Carfosel"was on a shelf. <br /> -Three blue 55 gallon poly drums labeled"Charsol Supreme Hickory"(full)were on a shelf in an aisle and had a <br /> best by date of April 2019. <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum (full)labeled "ChemStation 3391 Chlorinated Cleaner"was on a shelf in an aisle. <br /> According to Mr. Mancha, ChemStation should have picked the drum up with the other chemicals. <br /> -Near the entrance doors of the Ingredients Warehouse, a white crystal powder was observed on the floor and on <br /> the wall. According to Mr. Mancha, quaternary ammonia was used on the floors to clean and the crystals could be <br /> from the residue. <br /> Packaging Room F1: <br /> -Quaternary ammonia compounds were used to clean the floors.
