Copies of <br /> laboratory reports will be presented in the Site Assessment Report. <br /> i <br /> 2.4 Monitoring Well Installation <br /> The determination as to whether permanent wells will be installed will be based on analytical <br /> results from the temporary wells described in Sections 2.1 through 2.3. If petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons are detected in soil and groundwater samples, a maximum of two boreholes <br /> F <br /> may be completed as monitoring wells. At that point the temporary well casing will be <br /> removed and the borehole will be extended to 60 feet below grade. <br /> ti <br /> The wells will be constructed using two-inch, Schedule 40, threaded PVC casing and <br /> threaded, 0.010 inch slotted, Schedule 40 PVC screen. The screened interval is estimated to <br /> t be twenty feet. The bottom of each well will be fitted with threaded bottom cap. The top of <br /> .. each well will be secured with a locking cap. Each well will be installed at grade level inside <br /> t a Christy box. <br /> L <br /> The gravel pack will consist of clean#3 Lonestar sand.
