107 School Street, Lodi,Chronology <br /> Page 3 <br /> 12/01 Date remediation system was returned to the site after completion of <br /> theater. <br /> 09/14/04 SJC/EHD received "Soil Vapor Extraction Results and Modifications" in <br /> which AGE proposed to shut system down'to conduct rebound test. <br /> 09/21/04 SJC/EHD approved rebound test proposal this date and SVE/AS system <br /> was shut down on 09/23/04. i <br /> 10/27/04 SVE/AS system was restarted this date: The vapor sample collected on <br /> that day was non-detect for TPH, BTEX and MtBE. The system <br /> continued operation until.06/28/05 <br /> 09/30/05 Work plan.submitted this date by AGE, proposal to install confirmation. <br /> soil borings. <br /> 10/04/05 SJC/EHD approved the work plan for confirmation soil borings. <br /> 01/25/06+ Confirmation soil borings installed these dates. Soil samples for analysis <br /> 01/30/06 were collected. Analytical results were positive for some petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon constituents, but concentrations were significantly reduced <br /> from those reported before the remediation was performed. <br /> 04/14/06 "Closure Report" received in Geotracker. Report estimates that 3.1122 <br /> gallons of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline were removed,by the <br /> remediation system. Monitoring.well MW-2 is the only well with <br /> detections of contaminants: 4.0 micrograms per liter toluene and 5.7 <br /> micrograms per liter xylenes. The Report recommends site closure. <br /> 09/13/06 Third quarter 2006.quarterly monitoring data was submitted to SJC/EHD. <br /> Three monitoring wells, MW-2, :MW-4 and MW-6, were sampled per <br /> request by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. All wells were non- <br /> detect for 1,2-DCA and EDB. Well MW-2 reported 9.9 micrograms per <br /> liter benzene, 3.0 micrograms per liter ethylbenzene and 6.6 micrograms <br /> per liter xylenes. <br /> i <br /> 1 <br />
