Scotts Ave.
Stockton, CA
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed "Quarterly
Report— Second Quarter 2006" datedJuly 10, 2006, prepared by Advanced
GeoEnvironmental Inc. (AGE) for the above referenced site.
The report recommends continuation of the quarterly monitoring program, installation of
a shallow ground water monitoring well east of well MW-2, and preparation of a work
plan to evaluate feasible alternatives for remediation of the contaminated soil and
ground water at the site. Quarterly ground water monitoring of this site is required until a
determination is made that no further action is required at the site. In a letter dated
December 6, 2005, EHD stated that remedial alternatives should be evaluated. The
proposed work plan to evaluate the alternatives should be submitted to EHD by
December 1, 2006. Justification for installation of a monitoring well"east of MW2 maybe
included in the work plan.
If you have any questions contact me at (209) 468-3449.
t
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Program Coordinator, Unit IV
c: CVRWQCB—Jim Barton
AGE —Jo'I M.
