A road dedication will
be required on Harlan Road. The traffic study prepared for a
previous project on this site recommends that a stop sign be
installed at the driveway access to Harlan Road. This amount of traffic will not necessitate major
improvements for Harlan Road.
Operational Characteristics:
The facility will be in operation Monday through Saturday from
7 :00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. A total of six persons will be employed
in the firm' s operation. A single monument sign will be
installed at the driveway access to Harlan Road. The existing
barbed wire perimeter fence may be replaced with cyclone
fencing.
