CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-39 <br /> PAGE THREE. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The Planning Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and recommends approval subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br /> a. All maneuvering , parking , and driving areas shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1 /2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over six (6 ) inches of rock base . <br /> Parking and maneuvering areas shall be properly striped <br /> to effect orderly use and circulation and shown on the <br /> Improvment Plan. <br /> b. A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed cn <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side . <br /> C. No outdoor storage of trucks , equipment or material <br /> shall be permitted . <br /> d . All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and <br /> directed to prevent glare onto Ideal Parkway and <br /> adjacent properties . Lighting standards , if proposed , <br /> shall be limited to 20 feet in height and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> e . One wall sign shall be permitted as shown on the Site <br /> Plan. The size and location of the sign shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> f . The number of parking spaces shown on the Site Plan is <br /> adequate for the number of employees proposed in the <br /> application. Additional employees may require an <br /> increased number of parking spaces . Show the total <br /> number of employees proposed for each phase and parking <br /> calculations on the Improvement Plan. <br /> g. Barricades shall be utilized to prevent vehicles from <br /> driving over the leach lines and landscaped areas . <br /> Details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br />
