Preparing any accident/incident reports (see attached Accident Report <br /> Form). <br /> 1.4 Project Employees <br /> Project Employees involved in on-site investigations are responsible for: <br /> L1. Taking all reasonable precautions to prevent injury to themselves and to <br /> their fellow employees. <br /> 2. Implementing Health and Safety Program and reporting to the PSO for <br /> any action deviating from the anticipated conditions described in the <br /> Health and SafetyPlan. <br /> 1.5 Spedallmtrucxions <br /> It is the responsibility of the Project Manager and the Health and Safety <br /> Manager to review the available site information to determine, to what degree <br /> the Health and Safety Plan will be implemented. Each site will be handled on a <br /> case by case basis. <br />
