A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006( 1 ) . <br /> b . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> d. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 3 . The Development Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped . <br /> The space(s ) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s ) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.A.C . , Title <br /> 24) . <br /> C . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> JH/tp <br />
