Full frontage improvements on State Route 99 West Frontage <br /> Road shall be dedicated and improved to a 50-foot urban <br /> street standard, including a northbound left-turn lane at <br /> the project entrance. <br /> 1 . The owner/developer shall enter into an agreement with the <br /> County to agree to participate in the State Route 99/Hammer <br /> Lane interchange improvements and the State Route 99 East <br /> Frontage Road signalization and improvements. <br /> 3 . San Joaquin Local Health District : <br /> a. No conventional septic tank system will be permitted. <br /> b. It is recommended that the facility be connected to both <br /> sewer and water community services. If this is not <br /> possible, the following criteria must be met : <br /> ( 1 ) The proposed water well must be installed under permit <br /> and meet all requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 and provisions of CAC, Title 22 . <br /> ( 2 ) The sewage treatment plant must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer and meet all requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. Submit three (3) <br /> sets of the engineer 's plans to the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District prior to construction, and make appli- <br /> cation for a sanitary permit . <br /> (3) A waste discharge permit must be obtained from the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Board, Central <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to issuance of a <br /> permit from the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> c. No construction permits shall be issued prior to the <br /> issuance of the waste discharge permit by the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 4. County of San Joaquin Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ( 1 ) The proposed building, because of its occupancy <br /> classification, must be of Type I construction as <br /> required by Uniform Building Code Section 1802 . The <br /> aluminum dome does not qualify as Type I construction. <br />
