Item No. 9 <br /> PC: 1-16-86 <br /> UP-84-74 <br /> Page 4 <br /> The proposed expansion will be provided water by Little Potato <br /> Slough Mutual Water Company, a private system which presently <br /> serves the complex. <br /> Sewage • <br /> Sewage disposal will be by connection to the existing private <br /> sewage system. <br /> Drainage : <br /> Drainage will be provided through Reclamation District No. 548 <br /> facilities. The Public Works Department recommends that ter- <br /> minal drainage be provided (see conditions) . <br /> Fire Protection: <br /> The project site will be provided fire protection by the newly <br /> formed Delta Fire District . <br /> HAZARDS/CONSTRAINTS : <br /> Flooding: <br /> The subject property is located within the 100-year flood area <br /> and has a flood elevation of 7 . 5 NGVD. The existing ground <br /> elevation is -10 feet NGVD. Should the property flood, the <br /> anticipated water depth would be 17 . 5 feet . Recreational <br /> vehicles and recreational vehicle parks are permitted in the <br /> FP-2 zone which affects the property. All new structures must <br /> conform with the provisions of the Flood Ordinance or be ele- <br /> vated at least one foot above the 100-year flood elevation. An <br /> evacuation plan is required by the Planning Title. <br /> The Federal Emergency Management Agency also notes that any <br /> ancillary structures must meet these requirements in addition <br /> to having an evacuation plan. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> Summary of Initial Study: <br /> An Initial Study of the project was prepared on December 11 , <br /> 1985, and found that the project would not have a significant <br /> impact on the environment . Based on that Study, a Negative <br /> Declaration was prepared. <br />
