An improvement plan, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted <br /> to the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. Provide terminal drainage. <br /> 2 . Building Division: <br /> a. Application shall be made to this office for plan and <br /> permit approval . <br /> b. Conform with the requirements of the State of California, <br /> Department of Housing and Community Development , Division <br /> of Codes and Standards. <br /> C . All permanent structures shall have the lowest floor ele- <br /> vated above the base flood level or be flood-proofed to <br /> comply with the San Joaquin County Flood Ordinance and <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency' s regulations . <br /> 3 . San Joaquin Local Health District : <br /> a. The water treatment facility must have capacity for addi- <br /> tional demand. <br /> b. Connect the proposed expansion to an approved sewage <br /> disposal system. <br /> 4 . Planning Division: <br /> The proposed development shall conform to all Provisions of <br /> the County Flood Ordinance. An evacuation plan must be <br /> approved prior to any occupancy of the R.V. spaces . <br /> 5 . Fire Warden: <br /> There shall be installed and maintained in good repair <br /> 3/4-inch standpipes connected to sufficiently large water <br /> mains to which shall be permanently affixed good grade garden <br /> hose not greater than 100 feet in length, with a Boston-type <br /> garden hose nozzle or its equivalent attached. Such hose <br /> shall be enclosed in a cabinet approved by the fire depart- <br /> ment and plainly marked "FOR FIRE ONLY. " A sufficient number <br /> of thise standpipe units shall be intstalled so that at least <br /> one nozzle will reach any building, trailer , or trailer site . <br />
