Bid Package and Bid Evaluation <br /> ' After the design is completed, a bad package will be prepared for submittal to bad for installation <br /> of the proposed VES and groundwater remediation system. The City of Stockton will send the <br /> ' bid packages to pre-qualified contractors. One pre-bid site meeting will be conducted. This will <br /> not be a publicly advertised bid period with sealed bids.
