The report will include: <br /> • A description of field activities, observations, and protocols. <br /> • The report will include field logs for each boring documenting depth to groundwater, and <br /> subsurface lithologies. <br /> • A scaled map showing relevant structures and features of the facility, the locations of the <br /> borings. <br /> • Results of the sample analysis with copies of certified analytical laboratory results with <br /> chain-of-custody documentation; <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work; <br /> • An assessment of the results with conclusions and recommendations. <br /> A final report will be prepared after receipt of client and agency comments to the draft document. <br /> 5.2 ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE <br /> Kleinfelder anticipates that the proposed scope of work can be completed within the following <br /> schedule. <br /> 20-2594-03.WP2/201 I R002 Page 8 of 12 <br /> Copyright 2000 Kleinfelder, Inc.
