Green APPLICATION NO: SU-89-12 (Pre-application) APN: 171-250-14 PROPOSAL: Pre-application for a major subdivision application to subdivide a 62,000 square foot parcel into six parcels. INFORMATION: The site is located on the southwest corner of Pock Lane and Eleventh Street, south of Stockton (2653 South Pock Lane) . The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Eleventh Street ha..: an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a planned right-of-Fray width of 60 feet. Pock Lane has an existing right-of—way width of 50 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. REt-OMMENDATIONS: 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. 2. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing the Final Map. 3. A 20-foot corner cut-off shall be dedicated at corner of Eleventh Street and Pock Lane. Right-of-way shall be dedicated for existing channel.
