Green <br /> APPLICATION NO: SU-89-12 (Pre-application) APN: 171-250-14 <br /> PROPOSAL: Pre-application for a major subdivision application to subdivide a <br /> 62,000 square foot parcel into six parcels. <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the southwest corner of Pock Lane and Eleventh Street, <br /> south of Stockton (2653 South Pock Lane) . <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Eleventh Street ha..: an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a planned <br /> right-of-Fray width of 60 feet. Pock Lane has an existing right-of—way width of <br /> 50 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> REt-OMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and <br /> specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 2. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County <br /> of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> 3. A 20-foot corner cut-off shall be dedicated at corner of Eleventh Street <br /> and Pock Lane. Right-of-way shall be dedicated for existing channel. <br />
