Potentially Significant Impact • School Bus System <br /> [ Impact 4 . 3 . 2-11 <br /> Busing of students in Phase I would place a greater <br /> demand on existing limited school bus systems . <br /> Finding : Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> These mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following : <br /> • The Applicant should provide necessary funds for the <br /> purchase of school buses for both the elementary and <br /> high school districts . This measure or other <br /> appropriate measures will be identified in the <br /> Specific Plan. <br /> • See FEIR, Section 4 . 3 . 2 . <br /> D-2 . Potentially Significant Impact : High School <br /> [Impact 4 . 3 . 2-21 <br /> The infusion of students from the Project would <br /> significantly impact the new high school (currently under <br /> construction) until a new high school is constructed at <br /> the Project Site. <br /> Finding: Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> These mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following: <br /> • The recommended schedule for high school funding and <br /> construction provided by the high school district <br /> (EIR Table 4 . 3-3) must be agreed upon by the high <br /> school district and the Applicant prior to approval <br /> of the Specific Plan.
