E. PUBLIC SERVICES/FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE <br /> E-1 . Potentially Significant Impact • Local Fire Protection <br /> (Temporary) <br /> [ Impact 4 . 3 . 3-11 <br /> The Project would temporarily increase the demand for <br /> local fire protection service until on-site services are <br /> provided. <br /> Finding : Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> These mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following : <br /> • Institutional arrangements for providing adequate <br /> fire protection must be finalized in the Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> • The Specific Plan must include policies relative to <br /> fire flow requirements, funding assistance for the <br /> construction of fire stations , and ownership of the <br /> fire stations . <br /> • See FEIR, Section 4 . 3 . 3 . <br /> F.
