Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following : <br /> • The Specific Plan must incorporate policies to reduce <br /> the waste stream generated by the Project, including <br /> establishing a curbside recycling program; a <br /> commercial recycling program; provision for on-site <br /> recycling centers , transfer stations, and composting ; <br /> and a public information program.
